Return, Cancellation, and Exchange Policy

Thank you for using Dr.Friend products. To guarantee your satisfaction, we operate the following return, cancellation, and exchange policies.

Return Policy

  1. To request a return, please contact the official customer service email or the assigned contact person.

  2. The product must be free from damage or contamination and include all components and accessories (e.g., tags, labels).

  3. However, in the case of a defective product, you are entitled to an exchange or refund even if not all components are included.

  4. Refunds and exchanges will proceed after the product condition and defects have been verified by the company.※ The refund and exchange process will begin after the company confirms the product's condition and defects.

Return Costs 

  1. Defective Product: If the product is defective, the seller will cover all shipping costs related to the return and exchange.

  2. Change of Mind:
    • For returns due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
    • The product must be unused and returned within 15 days of receipt.

Order Cancellation and Changes 

  1. Cancellations and changes are allowed before the product is shipped or dispatched via courier.

  2. We recommend contacting us in advance through the online inquiry, customer service contact, or email.

  3. If there is a price difference due to the change, additional payment may be required.

Exchange Policy 

  1. Exchanges are available within 15 days of receiving the product, provided it has not been opened and remains in its original condition.

  2. Defective Product: If the product is defective, all shipping costs will be covered by the seller, and an exchange will be processed.

  3. Change of Mind: Exchanges and returns are not allowed if the product has been used and the reason is not due to a defect. We recommend checking for any issues with the product before use.

  1. If a defect occurs after installation, consumers have the right to request a repair, exchange, or refund.

  2. If the defect is significant or cannot be repaired, a refund or exchange will be provided.
